Skincare Advice

  • Do not wash skin more than twice a day
  • Use mild soap or cleanser and luke warm water
  • Do not scrub, pick or use exfoliating agents
  • Avoid excessive make up and cosmetics. If necessary use a non-comedogenic water based product.
  • Use a fragrance free water based emollient if dry skin is a problem
1Your acne

You should see doctor for a diagnosis before repeating treatment online.

As there may be other causes of spots, your acne should be diagnosed properly with a face to face consultation.

Lymecycline should not be used whilst using Zineryt or Duac which are topical antibiotics. Please change your answer if you wish to continue.

Taking Lymecycline with Differin, Epiduo or OTC benzoyl peroxide reduces the chance of antibiotic resistance. Please aknowledge this to continue.
